Every Riff + Ridge order is made specifically for you, and we want you to love it.

Don't love your merch for any reason? Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Wrong fit on apparel? Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll also make it right.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered are covered too. Include clear photos in your email.

To start a refund or exchange, email support@riffandridge.com with your order number and a short note on what you need. Please don't mail anything back until we've sent instructions.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from a defect, damage, misprint, incorrect item, or other error on our side.
