Long before Riff + Ridge, there were late nights in small, sweaty venues—loud drums, walls of noise, guttural screams, and bands that shaped how we think about music, community, and the world around us.
Metal and hardcore became part of the background: on the road, at home, at work.
Eventually, they followed us onto the trail.
The values stuck too: independence, community, DIY ethics, and refusing to water down who you are just to fit in.
That same energy is built into Riff + Ridge. Not as costume or nostalgia, but as something lived-in.
